Greetings to the reader. I am Aigidius, and I welcome you to my humble corner of the net. I am a dilettante of many a subject, and I shall showcase my meagre knowledge here. Of these subjects, most are not valid targets of active study for masses. Many would rather stop with the mundane world than try in vain to explore the beyond. However, this very thing - to try placing the objective over subjective, and the real over unreal - that is my aim.
History, Geography, Sociology, Philosophy, Economics, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or even Computational science. What is not necessary for understanding the world in a syncretic manner? Strive past the technicalities to get the general idea: Such is my principle. We shall explore a worldview as a whole, not hundreds of pieces with no idea how they interact with others. However, I can only expound my subjective worldview, for that is only thing one can be capable of despite claims of objectivity. We can only make this worldview reflect the objective world better.
People tend to put the qualifications as a guarantee for truth. “Those with qualifications believe such, hence it must be true!” However, I disagree. There is no substitute for logic. One who does not listen to others, or one who listens only to others - both are mistaken. Moreover, qualifications are no guarantee of discourse being the truth. They merely increase available facts. Even intelligence is not a guarantee of its truth, as it merely increases the chance of its truth due to additional facts analyzed. Moreover, intelligent people are rare in unpopular fields as they spend their time in more remunerative pursuits.
One cannot know who the rare eccentric intelligent scholars are from glancing at whole discourse. One has to process each part of it and analyze carefully. But then you may as well do thorough basic research, gleaning basic insights yourself. To showcase these insights is my aim, and I shall dedicate this website to progress in such ways.
I advise the reader to subscribe so as to not miss my articles in accident.
